The following are estimates based on standard services. If your conditions vary from standard conditions, there may be additional charges.
To schedule an appointment with our engineers; fill out the form below and include deposit for services.
Inspections are typically done on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Site Visit with Verbal recommendations only. (No letter)
Local (Fitchburg, Leominster, Westminster, Gardner, Athol or Orange ---- $300
Non-Local (areas not listed above but still within a hour from Leominster or Athol ) --- $600
Re-Inspection (as needed) ---$300 / $600
Site Visit with Stamped & Signed Letter
Add $200 to the above fee schedule.
- This is commonly requested by Building Officials.
- Letter must be requested at the time of service.
- If customer requests and pays for only a verbal recommendation; after engineer leaves the site, adding a Stamped and Signed letter after the fact may require a Re-Inspection with added cost as noted above.
